OK that sounds like a good GP. If your car doesnt not have camber plates then the only thing that could alter your alignment is the eccentric bolts or a punch to one side of the car from an accident which you say never occurred.

My guess is that the eccentric bolt on the passenger side is effed up.

I see.... well the suspension is 100% stock as far as I know. So still not a clue why its off so bad, I will check if the bolts are facing the correct way like I was asked though.

Guess I need to take it to a REAL alignment shop instead of my friend doing it at his dealership

i'm sure your friend can get it sorted out, it's just that the eccentric bolts on the evo aren't a very common method of adjusting camber on a strut car. So unless he's working at a mitsu dealer he probably just doesn't know how much you have to loosen it to be able to flip it over. truth be told a 'real' alignment shop wouldn't do any better unless they've done evo's before. Tell him to pull the top bolt all the way out and look at it, it'll be very obvious then.

its even easier than that - there is an arrow on the camber bolt head. the arrow on the left and right bolts should both be pointing in or both pointing out.
