...But my girlfriend likes paddles.

Oh, did you mean on the car? {devil} She doesn't care about those paddles. We had a rental car with a flappy-paddle input mode, and she never touched it.

At this point i'd just take them taking the Chinese model Grand Lancer and just simply bolting that on the evo X platform. Boost up the stock hp some more and switch to a solid 6 speed manual with tighter gear ratios. Even just using a facelift seems like a pipe dream at this point.

After Covid I have a feeling all plans for this were killed.
