I took a 2400mile rount trip in one of these, while sitting in the back seat. It sucked. Surely if my friends parents knew of ER it would have been a more interesting ride!

Neat though to keep the enginuity going with other models not exactly sport/performance based.

This is a FWD auto, SOHC 2.4L, 8 turbo equipped 3G Eclipse. Everything else is the same as the Outlander though as far as the engine goes. We'll have a base line of what a turbo SOHC does, then when we turn Jeff's into a Evo 8 headed version we can compare the differences.

i think it still is.

i like the ER approach to this. keeping it simple and trying to expand on the stock ecu while keeping the stock evo turbo. should be real interesting!

It is/was for sale. Little much considering it had a salvage title though. :(

JohnBradley Mar 18, 2012 06:35 PM

AMS was the inspiration for sure. We are just going to do it our way of course. Funny how this one ended being the best deal and was read. The AMS Evolander is a salvage title, for 27k?

1 Attachment(s)
Turbo single power-

Attachment 315473

This is the 3G pictured above, but it shows that a little boost goes A LONG way to making some power. 86whp peak and just over 100whp max increase.
