shiv hooked me up with the same v550 setup on my evo ix in addition to the xede, s.m.a.r.t., custom dyno tune, and everything else he has to offer. when i connect the wires and switch from 91 to race fuel... it's like a whole different animal. can't wait to see the vid w/ you smoking the F430 |
the ferrari only has a chance on the top end. (140+) due to its superior aero.

I think that evo needs a little more modifcations to beat the F430. Cams , bigger turbo.. nice run though.

that was on pump gas. on race gas that evo would make over 100 hp more.

cant say the speed cause maybe the mods will delete the post, but it was more then what vishnuevo8 says;) the ferrari will be having some mods also he will add hamman headers and TBE and a reflash, hamann says it will gain like 50hp . |
JR, you should see about running the HKS 280's timing at settings other than +1/-1 on the Evo. Use a different setting that'll maximize topend power instead.

IMHO a 3071 is a waste of a Turbo. Even AMS doesn't sell it as they think ity is a waste. BB50Trim is the smallest upgrade I would go with and it is the KING of pump gas Turbo's.
