$200 under MSRP is a great deal. The dealerships around here are charging $5000-10000 over MSRP for the MR.

If I was in a position to buy I would definitely take you up on your offer.

Seriously, to answer the details about the transaction, here is what need to do: go to dealer together since the car's paper work is under my name, then work with the sales person on creating new contract and document. I get my $500 back and you get my dream car. I have already got the Vin number too.

If you were pay me the deposit, the amount you pay dealer then would be MSRP- 200 -500+shipping+tax. Just to gave a estimate with 7% tax, the total then would be ~$37400.

Also, I got a good question about if the dealer's affiliation. I believe it is affiliated with Chevy, Kia, Mazada. Here is its web site.
