I was using it on the SRT for a short time.

Depends how much boost your running and what spring you're using.

Lower boost levels, you'll want the soft spring. I have the soft and medium.

The typr R is about twice the size of the type S. You dont get the "squeekyness", like the smaller valves. More like a "WooSSSSSHHHHHhhh, not a "PppffFFFFFFSSSHHtttt".
