I've heard this makes it easier to shift....is this true? Also does it come with instructions?

It is supposed to make it easier to shift. I dont know if it will, however since I never installed it. I am not going to say it will make shifting easier if I havent experienced it for myself. Yes, it comes with instructions. They are at the top of the picture.

Not everyone has the time that you may to spend hours on the net.... ie 1000+ post.

its a very great product knows from personal experience... its really hard to explain but your car holds up so much better...very smooth indeed.. well worth the money

well you can say what you want, your post count reads 1 as of this moment... so yeah, i DO know how to read posts and i also KNOW where to look when it counts.... you joined in january 05 and have 1 "quality" post. mention all you want, u still have 1 post
