When I was selling them for full price and selling a lot of them I had a website with all of the pics added. IF somebody has a ftp site I can upload them to then I can post, but they are too large to post online. Ask around the boards. Everybody loves the calendar who bought one.

You have to have a confirmed address not just a confirmed bank account, credit card, etc.
