K&N Drop in filter

Like new K&N Drop in filter $40. I had it on my car for like three days before installing a cold air intake. If any one is interested post a reply and I'll send you a picture.

Its a drop in filter for the factory airbox. Yes its made for the Evo I'm sure it fits some other cars too but I dont know which. The filter is far better than the OEM air filter it increasesd air flow by 30%. Next best thing to a complete new intake system.

Actually, a lot of guys are saying that the stock airbox works better than an intake.

mdosu...the theory is that the aftermarket intakes disturb flow across the MAF leading to erratic A/F readings. Someone posted a dyno of stock vs HKS (I think) and there was no HP gain with the HKS and a smoother A/F curve with stock intake. This is supposed to remain true up to around 320hp. Shiv is a very big proponent of this.
