Does the hood latch with the pins and the stock latch or just the pins? Who makes it? Very interested! Any damage?

yes, used stock latch on the pin, fit perfect, make the front of the car looks lower because it's more flat than stock hood,
i am not sure who make it, i got it from a forum member who sold his evo half year's ago, no damage.
