$23,750.....mostly stock I am leaving the boost contoller, cams, fuel pump and ECU tune in it......someone that buys my car from carmax is going to get a nice surprise!!!lol

Carmax only pays about "Rough book" for anything they buy. What are you buying from them when you trade it?
