How much:
You source the projectors & shrouds then ship em to me and ill build you the HLs.
These parts can easily be sourced through Matt @ TheRetrofitSource.com
Tell him Stevo from OZ sent you
He knows my shipping address.

Um... you either made a typo or you dont know what youre saying.
"e46 shrouds is NOT the halo"

* E46 shroud is a shroud
* Halos are halos

YES, the pic of the WRX does have E46-R shrouds + Halos.

OEM E46 shrouds in their intended use:

OEM E46 shrouds vs OEM E46 shrouds trimmed for CT9A housing:

E46-R (replica) shrouds from TheRetrofitSource.com

note: These shrouds do not have the "XENON" lettering like OEM. However, the indentations run all the way around the shroud.

Proposed look for the CT9A housing:

answer is ......... I didnt know wtf i was talking about pretty much

Thanks for that pic, I had no idea there was that many adjustment spots on the light.. now can I adjust it without opening the light? I read somewhere JDM headlights on evos are angled diff cause they ride on the other side of road over there... anyway to fix mine? EDIT: only my low beams are off....... the high beams are good.

I thought it was fairly obvious from the pix that you could adjust the lights without opening them up
You can see all the screw driver insertion points. That means the HLs can be adjusted while theyre fixed to the car. Insert screw driver and twist

The only way to fix you JDM projector cutoff shield issue is to open your HLs and swap the JDM (RHD) projectors for USDM (LHD) projectors. Its not easy trying to find USDM projectors by themselves.
If you US folk want the JDM looking housings (Amber at the bottom) with the correct projectors for LHD then you should be sourcing EUDM HLs.... NOT JDM sets
