hahaha yeah noodle they have everything! luckily i only live about 20 mins from the pennsburg yard so i just ran up and grabbed that block.

dont have any car pics up yet man im still away at school finishing up finals but ill be sure to get some up when i get home and start tearing it apart on sunday! probably will update every day or so as this will be all im doing over break lol


.... also think i will be building a 25g tdo6 turbo for this build as well! should put me over 450 on pump

That's a serious post right there.

 

its been forever since my phone decided it wasnt going to upload pictures anymore lol but im back now

got a few things to post have so many pictures but not doing a how to here so i wont bore you with every little detail lol

these are from the first night of work:








and then the second day i went about tearing out and labeling all the wiring harnesses what a joy...



some goodies came in...



third day i went about tearing my tcase and trans out to make more room to pull the motor i know people pull it with the tranny on but after you have the case off its really only another hour of work under the car so i decided to yank the tranny in hopes of not smashing anything when i pulled the long block

didnt get too many pics of this so i just have the end result lol>>




thats all i have right now my block is back from map tho so ill be unwrapping that and snapping some pics and i also have all my oem goodies coming in either today or monday clutch is here as well so ill grab pics of all that soon and update tonight!

 

hybrid build ? i dont se anny hybrid in your list spec , only a 2.4 liter convertion ?

Enlight me to the meaning of hybrid in your build , are you gonna run on , Biogas ? LOL

 

i dont think he meant hybrid like prius hybrid. i think he meant hybrid between an evo 8 and the different engine

 

lol yeah hybrid as in the evo 8 head on 4g64 block thus creating a hybrid motor kind of in the sense that my 9 turbo with a 25g wheel and comp housing is a hybrid turbo as well, not like half electric half gas
