that intercooler looks awful tiny... do they become less efficient with ridiculously gigantic turbos?

Sick build but why stock ECU?

I'd rethink your downpipe like most have mentioned.

Well I hope not. I guess only time will tell. I used 1/4 thick cast bend for the first turn and 1/8 thick pipe everywhere else to help. Worse case, it does blow a hole through it and I use it as a template and build a stainless one in about 2 hours.

It is an Air/water setup. Are you referring to the heat ex-changer in the front of the car where a front mount typically is or the Air/water core where the fuse box normally is?

If you push this engine and get exhaust temps up there, which it looks like u will, it will most likely burn through.

Here's my setup - https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...m-exhaust.html

Yeah I saw this one. Nice build man. I thought about going the stainless DP and aluminum from there back but I figured I would give the full aluminum a try. I did a lot of searching and reading and found A lot of domestic turbo guys run full aluminum with no problems when using good material. A friend of mine had a 900hp turbo civic with a full aluminum and currently has a 800hp supra with a full aluminum and no problems except the first one he built didn't have enough support hangers and sagged over time. We will see how it works out.

Different looking build for sure. Is that a normal amount of rust/corrosion in the chassis underneath for a US car?

Nope, I applied that after I bought the car for weight reduction.....

Seriously, "normal" is relative to where you live or where the car came from. Obviously states that see tons of salt in the winter due to heave snow are rough on cars.

Looking good so far. Man thats a lot going on the a factory fuel hanger. In regards to the downpipe. Ive built a few aluminum downpipes on LS based motors and not seen any problems. Just needs to be good quality. All those cars made 800+whp thru a 3 inh dp. So i think with the it flowing better you will be ok.

More information on the battery as well!

Sorry Acree, I missed it the first time somehow. I bought all the parts and made it myself. Most of it from ebay. lol. It is just standard interlocking relay harness I modified with nut rivets to attach it to the plate I mounted to the battery box with a car audio breaker terminals and etc..
