Grip Master's JDM Evo 7 Build/progress Thread

Hey Guys, Just thought I'd make a "build thread" for my little monster

EDIT: Check out my car on stanceworks! http://www.stanceworks.com/2013/01/j...o-vii-sleeper/

A little Back story:
I used to drive a 2008 Evo 10, but in August 2010 I was in a bad accident on my motorcycle (a Triumph Daytona 675) and I suffered many injuries, the biggest being a total loss of movement in my right arm. Since my Evo X was manual, and I couldn't move my right arm anymore, I couldn't drive it. I thought I would have to give up driving stick for the rest of my life... One day I saw a friend on facebook post a picture of her friends' right hand drive evo. I immediately got the idea to bring over a car from the uk, or japan.

My original plan was to bring over an Evo X FQ400, however, I had no idea what had to be done to get one imported. I asked my friend to talk to the guy with the Evo 7 about what I needed to do to import the car. He said, "my wife is 7 months pregnant, and I need to get rid of one of my toys, do you want to buy it?" to which I replied "SOLD!"

This is one of only a handful of cars that have a manual trans that I can drive, in this country. I love getting into this thing and being able to drive a manual car again. After being without one for almost a year, I get a big grin on my face every time I get in the car

So the car is a real, JDM Evo 7.
