Jon from 5150 aka BakaUnchi has been tuning my car this weekend, and the gains are really nice! I had a weird boost oscillation he resolved and picked up power and torque globally. Drivability is wonderful.

Currently car is-
BakaUnchi tune 340whp/340tq VD
CBRD upper IC pipe
mil.spec 100 cell 3" cat pipe
T1R-76S 3" cat-back exhaust
Grimmspeed 3 port
K&N drop in filter

Waiting to be installed:
AMS widemouth DP
Perrin RSB and endlinks

Flipped front camber bolts, need an alignment to zero out the toe. Going really slowly with this one.

Factory toe in the untouched rear was pretty scary. The front was definitely effected by the fact I had flipped the camber bolts.

But all in all, I think the Advans will last longer than 9500 miles on this Evo, because they sure didn't on any of my others. This is the first time I've aligned one on stock tires/suspension.

How difficult would say the HID retrofit was? I've been thinking about doing it on my IX, but I don't want to screw up my headlights.

It was pretty easy, just different work than I was used to. I think the VIII and IX have projector style housings even stock, so the key would be if a real hid projector housing would be drop in like it is for the X.
