Introduction - build run down

Whats up everybody my names mike and i have a 2003 mitsubishi evo 8, its a bby eve and i bought it over a year ago and it was on tein lowering springs with a fake his ssqv and a hks intake without the honey comb filter and an ACT clutch. Well it all started when i was at my first job i parked one of my buddys in which owns a mazda speed 3 and he was going to on lunch and we were busy so i let him drive my car cuz i was underneath a car at the time. and after work i got in to go home and my clutch was slipping and was not looking good :/ well thats what kicked off the build. So i bought a competition stage 2 clutch, during the clutch replacement the throwout bearing kept poping out so i went with he ACT throw out bearing. so as i was almost done it was around the same time i graduated and i had around a grand saved up and being 19 its hard to keep it in my pocket so i bought a godspeed coil overs which i was very happy with, i also bought a godspeed tubular turbo manifold which i hated and thats where it all went downhill, the studs snapped off and i went with apr head studs and the hot side of the turbo studs snapped off and surfaced so i went to a local speed shop and went with a garrett gt35r, 38mm external waste gate, etc. well i got it road tuned and was going to get it dyne tuned so i didn't harp on it to much. I ended up trying to sell it and go back to the vw scene :/ well i took it to a shop in nj to get tuned and he told me my compression was bad, i was told by the last shop the car would run bad on stock tune and it was running fine so i was clearly lied to by the shop that built it :/. i went to the guy who told me my compression was bad after running a test on it. so i picked it up a day later and looked/asked around about what could have caused it and i was told, (piston, piston rings, valve guides) so i came home and pulled my spark plugs out and i had oil in cylinders 2 and 3. so i was gonna sell as is and cut my losses, i test fitted my buddys work vsxx's on my car and i fell in love again and ripped my motor apart. no as my car sits the entire front end is off and no motor trans or t-case. I'm just wondering what everybody recommends with parts and shops I'm from PA and want to push 650whp. I was thinking of going with a stage 2 trans t-case and rear diff build from sheep trans in ohio and get the bottom end built up to a 2.2 liter or even a 2.3 stroker i just don't have much knowledge on this. Im thinking of going with a borg warner s300sx turbo s362. i was just wanted to get everybody's input on this any opinions... thank you and hopefully everything goes well...

thanks speedlimit I will keep everybody updated and I just bought password jdm bumper ties or bumper bands.
