Oh yeah of course you could! It would be considered a rat rod or even hot rod here I'm not sure by definition but it could be easily done legally. You can build a vehicle from the ground up with monster truck tires as long as it has seat belts one working mirror turn signals/ headlights and its insured/tabs. You can do anything you want but when I want to import a nissan silvia s13 or r33 its a complete joke.

Mr Croatia, I'm thinking you'd easily have a market for these in the US. Croation Rat Rod Enterprises, you could revamp old Evo 8s platforms and build new bodies for them, maybe operate from the south somewhere and you'd have to have a reality tv show too,
Maybe operate out of an old shed, something totally opposite to the trend, make millions

That looks fantastic! It takes real bravery to do a build of this magnitude knowing that at any day you could bump into an impossible fitment problem to solve. Good work sir, I can't wait to see it painted.
