Hey guys, heres the deal on this one. I have an 03 evo that has 78k hwy miles. The car was repainted laguna seca blue (02-05 m3 blue) including door jams and engine bay. The car was NOT wrecked, (CLEAN TITLE) but had some 1/4 panel damage on both sides and the guy fixed it but didnt do so good on the paint job so it. The guy just decided to paint the whole car m3 blue. He then blew the diff inside the t-case. Anyways, I'm trying to sell the car because they dont want to fix it. It needs a center diff and the synchros are shot, needs a tranny rebuild. It could use a full wetsand and re clear coat or polishing. Car runs fine but its partially apart. Prob could use a clutch as well. Interior is clean, body doesnt have any dents, the front lip has a crack in it. I really dont have time to mess around with it. If it doesnt sell, i'll fix it and throw it up here for 18k. The guy we got the car from is the original owner. IF SOMEONE WANTS TO GET INTO AN EVO FOR CHEAP AND PLANS ON DOING A BUILT TRANNY AND T CASE, THIS IS THE CAR FOR YOU. This car is not for someone who knows nothing about evos, its for someone looking for a clear title evo to build into whatever they want. Personally I'd paint it but it could just be re clearcoated and it would prob be fine.

There is suspicion about the motor being built. I do not know if the motor is built or not. unfortunately the car was bought for a 18 year old by his Dad. The family is INDIAN like from INDIA, not native american. The car was then taken from the kid about a year go and was barely driven. The Dad wanted to fix the car and then sell it. Considering the guy was very hard to understand and knew nothing about cars, i dont know the exact status of the motor. it seems like it may be built, but we really dont know for sure.
