Hey guys, I bought this K&N filter a couple weeks ago and opened it to fit it on the car. I bought the wrong one and its too big. Retail is $110, I got it for $103+shipping. its brand new, i opened it, tried to put it in the car and no luck. I dont have the plastic wrapping it came it, but I have the box still. Anyone on the stock ECU will be hard pressed to use this on an Evo X. That said I think with 1000 cc injectors and some messing around with injector scaling you could make a 4" turbo inlet pipe work for the airflow sensor. The thing is it would take some more adjusting than normal to get the car in the right range for idle, cruise and WOT. I'm not sure the difference would be worth it on a GT30/FP Red/Dom2 sized turbo but for those GT35 series turbos it might make sense.

Another form of engine management might also make it easier to use, good luck on the sale!
