Ok, let me specify further.
Every piece is brand new (not used) except for the sensor. The sensor looks to have been used for a tuning session and then placed back into the box, which I did not realize until I opened it months after I bought it. The "new" pieces are still in the original box, making them new and also still in the box, however the box has been opened at least three times. Once by the shop that sold me the sensor, once for me to check things out a few months after I purchased the device, and once by me to take pictures of it. I'll see if I can get a better pic of the .1" of scratched insulation as well.
