ok so im building my engine and wanted to know if anyone had the:

4g94

1. bearings
2. pistons
3. rods
4. gaskit set
5. rpw cam

ive seen some people on here that decide to build their block but never end up finishing and they have these parts lying around. remember i dont want the stock parts, aftermarket meant for turbo.

 

you need to not be looking on the for sale section my friend. Most of the guys who give up on building their motor aren't even on this forum anymore. Reason being...there is no other reason for them to be here. to give up on the motor is to give up on the car completely.

 

I was just looking around last week on the local lancer forums, we have one out here called socal lancer club (SCLC.net) I was Checking on some of the older fs posts for things like this. I found a complete set of Wiesco forged pistons, brandnew never taken out of the box, that the guy listed up in November of last year. They never sold, so I offered him 300 and he accepted.
Hopefully you will get as lucky, just goes to show you there are still people out there looking to sell what your looking for. If you find a second set of forged rods let me know!
