for sale a Nisei UICP 1 piece matte black in color...the powder coat is in great condition and includes all necessary hardware to get started....t bolts and hose technique couplers....the reason for the price being cheap is because there are two boo boos....you can see them in the pictures above....I know you can easily take a tailpipe expander and move the aluminum back into place...great for those DIYers
