This part addresses the starting issue that arises on these motors. There is a TSB on this as well. Long story short Mitsu had to redesign this bracket so it could provide better oil flow away from the cam sensor.

The first model design had flaws caused premature wear on the cam sensor. About a 30 min install if you're good with a wrench. Part is brand new and I can provide receipt as proof.
