For Sale is a starter off my car which I replaced without actually checking if it was bad first

The problem was actually my A/C pulley seized up so the car couldnt start. So i replaced the starter for no reason.

All this happened somewhere between 30k and 40k miles

The new starter cost me $225 from the dealer so hopefully someone can benefit from my mistake

asking $150 shipped but I'm willing to take offers

Did you do the install yourself? Was it difficult? Pretty sure I need to replace my starter but not sure if i should do it myself or pay a mechanic.

 

Yeah, i did it myself. Its easy, take off the fuel rail and intake and you have plenty of room. And you should replace the intake gasket before you put it back on, dont want to get a boost leak
