Pick it up then then send it to SSP and have them convert it and put new stuff on it...save ya quite a few bucks and it'll be good as new! I dealt with Kris and sent him mine that I had bought off the forums just to look it over and change out anything that needed changed etc. They swapped seals, cleaned it up, made sure all parts were up to date and did functional checks. I sent them $50 cash for shipping back and for their time, Kris then called me back and said they swapped the parts out for free and that there was $38 left after shipping. I told them to keep it since it was good customer service! Oh not to mention they updated it and sent it back all the same day they recieved it! How awesome is that?!
