Exhaust is lightly cleaned up, includes the optional insert to make the exhaust quieter. I never used that though.

Depo Test pipe is just that, not much else to say bout it. lol

Injen intake might be missing a clamp or two, I just used my original clamps and if you do the same you should have all the clamps you need. The prior owner didn't take very good care of it so the finish isn't the best but function wise it works just fine.

Cobb AP is uninstalled and ready for your car. No issues, I have not updated it to the most recent firmware but that's easy to do if you wish to.
