Had this on my car for a couple months. Extremely quiet. Great flow. 99% flawless - one scuff where I scraped a speed bump (close up pic below) but obviously doesn't affect performance at all.
Has 2 wideband bungs with one plugged already.

Maybe 1500 miles tops.
I can't find the bag with the bolts and gaskets so I will say no but I'll update if I find them.
