From Site:
MXP's Resonated Test Pipe for your Mitsubishi Evolution X with 4B11T is a bolt-on replacement for your factory catalytic converter and will free up major restrictions from the factory converter. This will increase exhaust flow, volume, and power output. The pipe measures 77mm in diameter and is manufactured from high quality stainless steel. An oxygen sensor bung is pre-welded into the pipe for ease of installation, however, it is not guaranteed to prevent a check engine light from appearing.

Note: Test pipes are designed for "off-road use" only. These will fail many state's emissions tests.

MXP products are offered for a variety of vehicles at affordable prices. Using high quality materials and test fitting on actual street cars allows for optimal fitment and verified performance. Short for "Mackin eXtreme Products," MXP is brought to you by the same corporation that stands behind brands such as Volk, Advan, Project Mu, and more. Injected Performance is an authorized MXP distributor and we have provided initial product testing and quality reassurance for several of their products.
