Can you just slip these into our headlights?

What about the upper clear part? The USDM ones are amber so it would look kind of funny all amber.

guys not to bust anyones bubbles but the setup is differently and isn't the same...those won't just clip into the headlight.

Yeah thats what I thought too...

Besides $140 is a rip off...when u can get a brand new pair of jdm headlights for $700.

i fixed it with silicone and that glue stuff for glass and metal.

you could pull out the amber stuff of the usdms and leave the upper section clear and put my amber lower section in.

looks pretty cool in my opinion.not for someone that feels opening the heads and assembling some plastic stuff inside is a major thing.

it is not a plug and play thing but looks nice.
price is negotiable, though.
just thought someone may be interested folks.hey, everybody is free to spend the $ 700 for OEMs

@evodave: thanks for clearing things up before i wrote my own comment in my thread

i hope you don't think i posted to be a jerk it was simply because i have had both kinda (usdm, uk , jdm apart many times) and the whole insides (shoot even the actual housing at the marker lights) is different....I prolly could get them into the housing and keep them from moving but really it just isn't going to look right not to mention the reason for the bright upper amber isn't a piece in there its the etched lense....its like our bottoms are but brighter. I don't expect you to know if they would work or not being as your overseas and prolly don't mess with these lights over here... its good to see people trying to offer items that are hard to obtain here either way!
later!

no problem ,man.
i just thought the same, because we kinda like the usdm and you guys often feel the euro/jdm stuff.so it is natural to swap or trade stuff.
you (evodave) could probably assemble the amber inserts somehow even better.

i personally like these kind of selfmade challenges of designing small things differently and stuff, but it is not everybodys cup of tea.you have to cut out the amber upper section if you wanted the jdm look.

conclusion: it is possible to put them in but there is some precise work necessary.
anybody interested huge price drop $80 shipped.
cheers

so anybody interested in these amber pieces?
it is not 100% oem plug&play but as long as you think you could open the heads and fix them again this IS DEFINTITELY smooth.
