Plug and Play HID kit - comes with Phillips 4300k bulbs that were purchased about 4 months ago. The bulbs are rebased to fit into the stock GSR and RS models which come with halogen bulbs. The ballasts are OEM toyota products and used about a year. Installs in less than 5 minutes once the bumper is off. NO splicing necessary. Asking $250 shipped.

I post some pictures of this kit when I installed it. You can search for my name and see if you can find my post. I can tell you that they are 10x better than stock but it's not bmw HIDs nice. Can't complain for 250 though?
