A good unit for bottom mount aftermarket seats. Really lowers the riding position. This one is never used as i never ended up getting a pass seat.

no. You can add rails. i have sparco rails on my driver side.

 

If you want to bolt it direct to the floor, is it a direct bolt-in (do the holes line up?)?

 

Bolts directly to the floor, and to any bottom mount seat.
