FS: Wing off an 03 Evo
Yes I filed a paypal claim to request for a refund. I was trying to be patient since the seller was in an accident.
Ive AIM the seller the following week after payment asking the status and he said he will ship it asap, then the week after I receive the message that he was involved in an accident.
Trying to see if he was on AIM again this week only to find out I was blocked on my original SN bbyevochick. Ive logged on to several AIM screen names and saw that he was online. Just seems a bit odd to me.
I will just be better off getting a refund.

Im tryinig to be patient but I cannot any longer. The end of this week will be 1 month since the item was paid and still not received. This should give the seller ample time to send out the item dispite the fact that he claimed was in an accident.
Still unable to contact seller. Communication via AIM still blocked. PMs and email is the only form of communication in which several contacts have been sent by me and via paypal for a response.
The claim through paypal has been escalated now. Also filed a transaction claim with my bank.
Seller has until August 28th to respond.
