I have a brand new in the box evo 9 bumper, Never been opened.
It is just the bumper the way it comes from mitsu no lip or anything.

I will take REASONABLE offers, Shipping will be about 110 in the lower 48

Ya A Brand new Stock 8 front bumper is about $315 shipped. and a Stock Evo IX front bumper is $700 shipped so I don't think he is going to let it go for very cheap being brand new. But if he is I will through my off out there of $350
