I bought an undertray last year for my VIII and never installed. Now I have an IX that came with an undertray and I don't need 2 of them sitting around. It's basically brand new, nothing wrong with it. It cost me $140 shipped (shipping was really high from fedex like $70)

Yes sir, the only difference is the IX's have a bigger air dam and are said to create less lift. Either way they both bolt up the same.
