seibon CF trunk
kinda hard to sell stuff when you have complaints rolling around. refund my money. you said you contacted paypal and it would resolved in 2 days. its been 5 days and im out $400. i sent you a message, you logged on after, im sure you read it. this is the only way to grasp your attention luis navarro. dont make me pursue legal action, just be responsible and do the right thing.

Excuse my repost but I just want to make sure Xavier reads this and if he is scamming me, i want to make sure no one else does..
Me and boostin350z have been trying to contact this guy for 2 weeks now and he's pretty much just ignored me even though I can see he's logged in and checked his PMs everyday. My personal situation goes like this:
I PMed him 3 weeks ago looking to buy a Seibon carbon fiber trunk. I offered him $400 shipped and he never got back to me. A week later he responds and gives me his paypal email address and I pay him. He requests that I make a personal payment and gift it to him to avoid paypal fees (I know I'm an idiot). He seemed legit so I sent him payment on a friday and he said he would send the trunk out on Monday.
Monday came and went and he never sent it out. Fast forward a week later and he still hadn't sent it out stating that he was waiting to ship his other items for sale out at once and apologized so I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited. Fast forward again to this past weekend when completely stopped responding to my PMs even after being patient about this entire situation.
So basically now I'm out $400 with no way to dispute the charge since I sent him a personal payment gift. this is in addition to the $400 he has from boostin350z.
Xavier do the right thing. At the very least contact me and let me know what the situation is since I know you've been on the forums and had the opportunity to do so.

I honestly think something was up since this doesn't seem normal for this guy. He's been around here too long and posted way too many times to just start scamming. Whatever the case is I'm glad my side of the dispute was taken care of and hopefully boostin350z's was too.
