I am not sure. I do not know the manufacture. but appears to be carbon fiber or carbon fiber like material. Super strong and woven. I am the second owner. The original owner painted the front black. But the back you can see the carbon fiber colors and woven material.

 

Crap if it wasn't painted I would take it off your hands

 

Ya I thought about removing the paint, but would rather not go through that work. Just whoever buys it do it if they want. If someone wants to take this and put a lil work into it would get a really good deal on a carbon fiber steering wheel cover.
