they are in perfect condition. i just put them on in feb and the tread is about 98%. you can check ou t my cardomain....http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2508651
all i really need is the stock braket off the stock bumper. im not sure how much it would cost to to paint it but id be willing to cut ya a deal. the exhaust burnt the bumper a little so thats y the price is extremely low. lemme know
