Yes it means I taped them with black tape, I live in California so we have to do everything possible to keep our cars engine bay as stock looking as possible. Ive had my hood popped a few times and no tickets because Ive been meticulous about it. Tape can be removed and unit cleaned as wanted. Email me for pics
