The Yellow filter is an insert just like the green one that is in the filter cone. They are washable as you know, so they may be dirty, but you can simply wash them.

This is a feeler, as it is still on th e car, but will be off in a couple days...

 

IC pipes come couplers, clamps, t-bolts?

IC pipes are complete with all of the rubber couplers and metal pipes. I have a few of the couplers but new couplers are always reccomended.
