Does the downpipe bolt onto a cat or is it just the downpipe straight to a cat-back?
Or in short, do I still need some sort of a testpipe with this. I have a HKS Carbon ti cat-back ( running stock dp/cat on a 06 evo ix with ACD)

its a catless downpipe meaning u dont need to run a testpipe or anything because it is long enough to reach the catback
