i believe he meant to say if your stock bars clear aftermarket downpipe, cusco bars will also clear it.
i believe cusco bar gives little bit more clearance room compares to stock, and you can always use spacers if needed.

uhm... I got an 03 with no stock arm bar, only front/rear sway bars. Im a little worry about my 3' DP..
