Yes. Any work done on suspension should get a realignment afterwards...except like strut tower bars.

Yes, you will need an alignment afterwards. Preferably by a shop who can tune aftermarket suspension setups so you can tell them the specific settings to dial into. These work very well, and can let you really get the most out of that aftermarket coil over/spring setup, and can even be beneficial on the stock setup to allow you to take those corners tighter and faster.
