WTB: RS Cubby + CD Relocation Kit

Hey guys i'm looking for a MINT/UNUSED CD relocation kit with an RS cubby door. I plan on relocating my CD player down and use the upper visible "hole" as my accessories "pocket". Please PM me a price shipped to Arizona. Thanks!
