I am looking for a decent used snowboard for my son to learn on.

For sizing reference he is 5'10", 125lbs and a size 10.5 boot.

Anyone looking to get rid of a decent board?

Check on XceedSpeed.com and check their Misc for sale there are a few really nice setups for dirt cheap!

 

Not sure if yo u have Sports Authority by you but I bought a new board boots and bindings for less than 250. I have been snowboarding for over 15 years, and I have gone through over 20 boards. For a learning board I wouldn't spend too much but some local stores should have package deals for you.

Wow, just realized you are close to me so you should have a Sports Authority. You could check out Viking ski shop off of Kedzie and 90 I belive. I just got a flyer from them the other day with a bunch of package deals. Or Better yet try a Play it again sports.
