Sina, I hate to be the bearer of a bad news but that particular pic is for rear wheel drive application.
I have been doing a lot of research on TE37s in different offsets lately including the ones you mentioned.
Unfortunately, I have yet to see evo specific TE37 wheels that flare out like you mentioned.
Just check out the rear wheel of 350Z on this thread.
They look just sick.

I think only way they would look like the pic is if you go with 22 offsets.
I'm not sure you could make that fit w/o wide body or some serious fender mods.
Vendors could jump in if I'm mistaken.
Btw, what size and offsets for the front wheels on the Z?

I haven't done much research on the TE37s but i believe you can get em to flare out like that. If you search this site, there is a silver evo running some white TEs that flare out just like in the picture and also a white evo running a full cwest kit also with white TE37s with a GTR face.

You can fit +22s on an EVO with rolled rear fenders and get that concave look. Look on the ultimate aggressive wheel thread or whatever it's called. There is a yellow car on there with black TE37s +22 that looks sick.
Guys, what I posted was you won't get the flared out look with +28 or +34 offset.
I specified +22 would get you that look.
I also specified it would take a major undertaking to properly fit +22 on evo.
That yellow evo belongs to bigyellowevo.
You are absolutely right about the look and the offset.
+22 would give you the flared out look.
Not that I'm arguing the point but I believe he was running 235 size tires and was experiencing some rubbing if I'm not mistaken.
I think in order to run that type of offset with the proper size tire (255 or 265) you would definitely have to not only shave but pull the rear fender.
Or just go widebody.
I personally believe the reason you want to go wider wheels is to fit wider tires to provide more contact patch.
Although it would slightly increase the contact patch with 9.5"wheels on 235 tires, I rather fit the proper size tires.
Btw, I believe Volk does not make 18X9.5 +22 in time attack color.
