WTB: Climate controls
make sure you dont have any wires or something else behind the dash preventing the know from turning smoothly. Ive seen turbo timer harness wires get caught up in the mechanisim attached to the heater box

thanks speedo! that's good advice. unfortunately mine has a few bigger problems already, so i definitely need a new one.
