Under 21k? Settle for a GSR IX or a 2005 VIII Since that year had many updates.

 

You can search all cars? If your willing to buy an Evo. Then post up a "WTB" thread with what you are looking for. There are plenty of Evo's for sale in the "For Sale" section. Don't really think people selling their cars are going to do the work for you.
