He's looking for a EVO 8 or 9 shell, bare shell, rolling or not. Preferably with a dash that has a matching VIN. Shell, does not need to have body panels (trunk, doors, hood, bumpers, fenders). It needs to be titled (salvage or clean, doesn't matter)
