Its not the inspection plate.Its the spacer/plate between the engine and trans.I dont have a picture at the moment.

No, there's a plate that's 2-3mm thick in between the engine & trans.

I would start hitting up some vendors and shops on the forum. My own plate was pretty banged up at one point but I took a hammer to it and fits great now.
